How to log in

 

1.  Current Members with Membership Card:

 

 

·         Note that your name and password must match exactly what our database holds, so if your name is Stephen and we have you in our database as Steve, you will have to use Steve not Stephen to log into the system.  Your membership ID card has your name printed exactly the same as we have in our database.

 

 

·         The next screen that comes up will list anyone who is linked with your membership.

 

·         Click on the name of the person who is to be registered and this will bring you to the Program Category Screen.

 

2.  Program Participants or Members who do not have access to their Membership Card:

 

·         Note that your name and password must match exactly what our database holds, so if your name is Stephen and we have you in our database as Steve, you will have to use Steve not Stephen to log into the system.  Your membership ID card has your name printed exactly the same as we have in our database.

 

 

·         Click on the name of the person who is to be registered and this will bring you to the Program Category Screen.

 

 

Choose a program category

 

·         To view a list of available programs during a specific time period, type the month/year time span in the blanks.  You may enter the same month in both blanks or you may enter a range of months.

How to Browse the Program List

 

Once you have selected all of your criteria using the “Program Category” selections, you will see a list of programs with the following info:

·         A brief description of the program

·         The fee for the Program

·         The date(s) that the program begins and ends

·         The times(s) that the program begins and ends

·         The day(s) the class is held

·         How many slots still remain open

·         The orange block with an open box is the button you click to select that class for registration.

·         If the program is full, instead of “Register” you will see “Wait List”.  If you click on the Wait List, you will be added to the list.

·         At the bottom of the page, select “click here after selecting program(s)” when you are ready to actually register and progress toward payment.

The next screen will bring up what you have selected.  If you want to proceed with the registration select “Continue”.

How to Submit the Registration

 

A screen will come up, once again confirming what has been selected along with the program cost.  At this point you can choose to “add to cart”.

 

When you are ready to finalize the registration, select “proceed to check out”.  This will bring up the Y’s program cancellation/refund policy.  In order to proceed, you will need to select “okay” acknowledging you have read the policy.

 

The next section is Check Out.

·         You will still have an option to delete selected items.  This screen is to enter billing information.

·         Once you select “continue”, the credit card information will be verified and the transaction completed.

·         A receipt will be generated on your screen as well as a copy emailed to you.

Program Cancellation / Transfer Policies

Adventure Club, T-Wave/Silverwood and LWY Summer Camp Refund Policy:

In order to balance the fluid nature of family schedules with a successful and reliable program experience for all participants, the Wenatchee Valley YMCA uses the following refund policy:

     

Adventure Club, T-Wave/Silverwood  and LWY Summer Camp Transfer Request Policy: All transfer requests are subject to a $10.00 service fee which must be paid at the time of the request.  Program payments are only transferable if arrangements are made 30 days prior to the initial program start date.  Requests received less than 30 days prior to the initial program’s start date will not have the deposit transferred.

 

Swim Lesson, Holiday Program and Afterschool Program Refund Policy:

Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except when requested and approved due to an inappropriate class assignment as determined by Y Staff or due to illness/injury verified by a physician’s note.
